RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Duration

The standard rental period is: 24 hours

Any extension must be validated by Allochicha.

2) Use of Equipment

The client agrees to:

• Use the shisha normally.
• Take care of the equipment, accessories, and packaging

3) Prohibitions

It is prohibited to:

• ❌ Disassemble the shisha
• ❌ Change parts
• ❌ Lend the equipment to another person
• ❌ Use the shisha in an unauthorized location without prior agreement

4) Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for the equipment from delivery until return.

In case of:

• Broken vase;
• Lost accessory;
• Missing equipment;
• Damaged packaging;
• Incomplete return;

Fees may be deducted from the security deposit.

Replacement Fee Schedule

Item	Fee
Broken vase	300 DH
Lost hose	250 DH
Lost tongs	50 DH
Broken bowl	100 DH
Complete shisha lost	700 DH

5) Delivery / Collection

The client must:

• Be present or designate a person;
• Allow access to the location;
• Respect the agreed-upon time.

Any significant waiting time for the delivery driver may incur additional charges.
