RENTAL CONDITIONS

1) Duration

The standard rental period is: 24 hours maximum

Any extension must be approved by Allochicha.

2) Equipment Use

The customer agrees to:

• Use the shisha normally.
• Take care of the equipment, accessories, and packaging

3) Prohibitions

It is forbidden to:

• ❌ Disassemble the shisha
• ❌ Change parts
• ❌ Lend the equipment to another person
• ❌ Use the shisha in an unauthorized location without prior agreement

4) Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until return.

In case of:

• Broken vase;
• Lost accessory;
• Missing equipment;
• Damaged packaging;
• Incomplete return;

Fees may be deducted from the deposit.

Replacement Scale

Lost hose	250 DH
Lost tongs	50 DH
Broken bowl	100 DH
Lost complete shisha	700 DH

5) Delivery / Collection

The customer must:

• Be present or designate a person;
• Allow access to the location;
• Respect the agreed-upon time.

Any significant waiting time for the delivery person may incur charges.
